Gordon looks fucked here. Didn't see the incident but he hasn't looked right since and he's just gone down to the deck at the final whistle.

Crunching tackle seemed to knack his hip.

Nice to see Thomas telling it as it is and not coming out with the usual fluff.

It’s non league day today, so if you’ve got nowt to do, do consider going to support one of your local clubs.
Heaton Stannington host Bridlington Town in a relegation six-pointer near the bottom of the Northern Premier League East Division and I think Whitley Bay and Benfield both have home games in the Northern League too.

My laddie has started playing for an under 15 team, so that’s my new Saturday morning passtime.

I thought watching NUFC was intense, but when you actually have skin in the game it’s a whole new level

Try and remember it’s meant to be fun (easier said than done  )

Long may Angeball continue. He’s a media darling and won’t be under really pressure. They play an entertaining game which their fans like after a few seasons of defensive managers but they won’t seriously challenge for anything with his naive brand of football.  I expect us to leapfrog them this season

I’m only new to kids football matches but what a carry on today

The team was so dirty they made the old Leeds team look like ballerinas. Body’s sprawled out all over the pitch, women on the touchlines called old cunts and parents marching on from both sides for a standoff.

Never seen anything like it!

Is Winlaton a rough area?

Sounds about right for kids footy.
