The Scousers/Hitler remark was intended to be a bit light hearted but if you want to debate me on the Catholic church being complicity evil over abuse while preaching morality then as the kids would say "Come at me, bruv".

NJS didn't poverty chant and didn't insinuate he's a better person in the quotes you put up? He did imply that a lot of Liverpool fans give off a sense of moral superiority which they absolutely do. The Hitler/catholic church but was pure tongue in cheek is the way I took it but then again, I'm not a morally superior Liverpool fan.
