Fuck me. I'd forgotten that with the league coming back, so too comes the fucking diabolical refereeing.

Gordon assaulted in the first half, not even a foul, and now this.

Schar is an idiot though. He knows this ref is fucking hopeless, don't give him an excuse ffs.

I hope Brereton Diaz breaks his fucking leg though.

Not sure what to make of this. Clearly not a red card or headbut, however, you don't put your head on another person as it gives the excuse.

Absolutely this.

Surely that gets overturned

Not for us mate, it doesn't get called for certain clubs so wouldn't need to be overturned. Yes silly from Schär but IMO you're entitled to react when someone intentionally barges into your unprotected back. That is not a headbutt.

Wtf is this refereeing about? Brereton barges into Schar, Schar gets up clearly pissed off about it and then the fucking soft cunt falls to the floor? This is going to turn nasty now, and rightfully so.

Aye, hard for VAR to intervene when Schar gave the referee an excuse to send him off.

That last angle showed they both put their heads in

I hate this ref, mind. As soon as I saw his face near KO I thought not this cunt. He's partially responsible for the stuff leading up to it never mind the shit decision.

Schar is an idiot and at fault for that. But the other neanderthal should be off as well, a yellow for the fucking flagrant foul after the whistle had gone and a yellow for what was absolutely clearly simulation.

Definition of punchable face.

On a bright note, we can easily beat them even with 10 against 12. Being a man down has fired the team up at least. We looked flat beforehand.

Never in a million fucking years does a Liverpool player or Man U player get sent off for that at home. It wouldn't have got that far.

He's on a yellow so must have.

Small consolation.

Barging into an unprotected back in IMO violent conduct. It's certainly more likely to hurt or injure someone than leaning your head forward and walking into someone.
