ewerk 31644 Posted yesterday at 09:03 Share Posted yesterday at 09:03 We've done well with injuries so far this season and a lot of that has to bed more than luck, credit has to go to Bunce. We're nearly at the end of the most intense period of the season and have come out of it largely unscathed. After this week it's pretty much one game a week, bar a few occasions, so the workload on the players decreases substantially. Recruitment won't be a case of us ringing round to see who's available. We'll have our pre-determined targets and if any of them are there for the taking at the right price then I'm sure we'll act but this isn't a month to push things if you don't have to. As we saw from last year, it looks the week before 1st July is the Black Friday for footballers, might be best to keep our powder dry until then.
PaddockLad 18025 Posted yesterday at 09:13 Share Posted yesterday at 09:13 Think a loan + commitment to buy for a right winger might be what transpires. As to who that is fuck knows. Maybe Bakayoko at PSV 🤷🏻♂️

I was talking about this to me brother yesterday.... regardless of the likelihood of it I'd start wheeling out malcolm macdonald, michael chopra, keith gillespie, any fucker really to spend their time filling the pages of shite tabloids on how saka would be the final piece in the jigsaw for out title push. what's good for the goose....

Dr Gloom 22692 Posted yesterday at 10:26 Share Posted yesterday at 10:26 where's our "which RW should newcastle sign?" news piece? goes without saying that saka and salah should be on the list.
PaddockLad 18025 Posted yesterday at 10:30 Share Posted yesterday at 10:30 Journalists need to write something and it’s the go to story for the lazy bastards this month. They and we all know it’s not happening this month but if we don’t get top 4 it could well happen in the summer. Theres fuck all else to say, but that won’t stop journos stating the bleeding obvious. I blame Dr Gloom tbh, he’s one of them
