I'm not sure where we'd even stand with this. If Tonali hasn't explicitly said he told Milan about his problem then it's an our word vs theirs position. I mean it's not like we knew about it and he's been here for months now.

10 months of getting to grips with Howe's intense training and tactics at a much lower risk of injury. Also, 10 months to get fluent in Geordie. This could well be him once he returns.
