Corriera dela Sera says today that Tonali is negotiating with the Prosecutor's Office to reduce his sanction and be free now. He probably admits to having bet on football and Serie A, but never on Milan matches, so his sanction could be reduced to one year or less.

I wouldn't expect to see Tonali play for us for this weekend.  Howe will keep him out IMO

I know of a young, Italian lad who'd be willing to bet the opposite.

I wouldn't be so sure. Bruno is playing at 1am tomorrow morning in Uruguay and with Willock and Joelinton's fitness still uncertain I don't think we can do without him.

Ridiculously quick. Unless they've had all the evidence to go and he's just played supergrass to blow the lid on the wider problem to get a lesser sentence.

He probably got less time for ratting out Sandro and Zaniolo

Good that he's just moved from a country with very strict gambling laws to a country that actively encourages betting and which includes betting adverts during every break on Sky Sports. Even suggesting possible bets at half time during football matches.

That should help.
