I said he seemed to be struggling physically against imposing centre halves. Which at the time was true. It was when we were going through our shit spell and he seemed completely isolated and was getting dominated physically.

Tonali couldn't get a game ahead of Longstaff 9-10 games ago.

 

He'll still be off Italy. Im just pushing it back a year now. Summer of 2026 now. 😄

no, that was sammy. he argued passionately that isak's best position was winger and that he wasn't a CF.
