I’ve been very consistent on him, never rated him and thought last season was a purple patch from him. He never got anywhere his man today, as he hasn’t any time he’s been brought on this season.

Agreed, the fella has barely played. More game time and he'll be fine.

Couldn’t disagree more with this, the bloke is a very poor full back. Little in attack and his positioning is woeful. Anytime he’s played this season he’s cost us goals, like he did today.

Targett has been a squad filler and stop gap IMO. Howe and his team won't get players in that aren't right.  So IMO they couldn't get a LB they wanted so hence why he signed late.

Our worst performance since the Villa game this. Completely disjointed, failing to get any control of the ball really, the draw flatters us.

Not that it matters

There was a reason that the deal took so long to do.

I think it a decent deal for a premier league experienced full back. He was never going to a long term first choice option.

Get him fit and ready for next season to cover the cups etc so BDB can be used at CB

A hint to Wor Mandy about our squad depth here.

It doesn’t matter but it’s a real shame to go into the summer like this, would have been nice to have give these dick heads a kicking.

HUGE chance for substitute Wout Weghorst to score his first Premier League goal for Manchester United but he puts it wide from inside the six yard box.

Yet we were told Burnley got the better deal.
