This is strange behaviour for a middle aged fella. Even for a middle aged fella pretending to be a young lass on the internet.

Gordon was class in the second half. Much more like his old self. Hopefully the start of a return to last season’s form.

I’d say for a 20-30 minute period he was back but the preceding minutes were honking. Hopefully a run in his favoured position and the goal will boost his confidence

I'm glad Oguz Aydin made a full recovery from whatever illness/injury was preventing him from starting those 18 games. Love little success stories like that, me.

Lot of defending of our third best French winger tbh

I try to stay as far away from this shite as possible but even I have to debate this sentence, third, really?

I'd almost say he's closer to 5th or 6th.

Ginola

Robert

HBA - we played him on the flank more than down the middle

Ollie B - started as a winger and then SBR moved him back to LB

N'Zogbia

ASM

Gouffran

Marveaux

Squidward

I think Marveau and Squidward could go either way and ASM might just be above N'Zogbia just as he seemed a nicer chap and Charlie boy turned out to be a wasted talent and all round twat.

I have no recollection of Bernard being on the wing.

I remember watching him in the intertoto cup when he first signed.

Interesting how someone banging a pointless drum taints my memory of ASM.

ASM seemed a decent bloke. I think he offered us a lot and I thought he would be the player who we would still be playing, not Joelinton (I think it is safe to say that I must be in the majority on that thought process).

I liked LTA when they first started posting and I didn't mind an alternative view but it just feels like a piss take now. Not genuine.

Noone could possibly be unable to see what Gordon offers us. Even Wiki's despise for Longstaff has its limits.

I never understood the hype Lampard got. I still don't get it. I far preferred watching Joe Cole. The stats prove I am wrong. His career proves I am wrong. No point me saying Joe Cole was the better player. He clearly wasn't even if I still would have preferred him at NUFC ahead of Lampard.

It feels like there is only fun in offering the complete alternative to stoke an argument or upset rather than to try and spark a debate or provide some insight. I don't get it.
