Rob W 0 Posted March 2, 2006 Share Posted March 2, 2006 he was a class player - never understood why he never played more for England but he had a reputation as a serious party animal Peter Crouch looks the same but I think Osgood was a hell of lot better A guy I work with is a Villan and when he was a student he rembers Osgood being totally upended in front of the Holt End - the crowd were laughing their heads of but as he got up Osgood smiled and very quickly gave them two fingers - the ref was astounded when the whole end exploded with people waving two fingers at the players... with Osgood strolling away innocent as they come.............
