Class ava aaaaaaaaaaaaaalan!

Well I guess I can be the early morning commentator for the creekit.

35 minutes played this morning and it's 267-7.  Collingwood (59) and Hoggard (11) in bat.  The runs are coming in dribs and drabs and Kumble is bowling well having taken 3 maiden overs in a row earlier on.  It's gonna be slowwwwwwwww folks!

Thats all class, Tendulkar is a legend. Would love to get a photo with him and an autograph. Have a poster of the great man on my wall.

England did well to make 393 but i can see India winning this with only 1 down and near 150 on the board, England need to peg them back a bit tomorrow.

Okay, here we go again. Day 3 in Nagpur and I was going to waffle on as per last night - India start the day on 136-1 etc etc.... but having just checked the over-by-over report I discover that we've been playing for about 25 minutes and have taken 2 wickets already :( Dravid lbw b Hoggard and Jaffer c Flintoff b Hoggard

Bonza! :icon_lol:

228 for 7 at tea.

Come on England, we should skittle them today hopefully and add on another 50 or so runs tonight, then try to bat for a day and a half to eliminate a possibility of an india win, then go full throttle to bowl them out.

That better? :icon_lol:

Why have England always had problems with tail-enders?

I think it's because they don't give them much thought. The backroom specialists meticulously analyse the batsmen's (ie 1-6) technique, find any weaknesses then come up with a plan to exploit these - a perfect example of this was Adam Gilchrist in the Ashes. He needs width so as soon as he came in we had Freddie bowling at him from around the wicket, giving him little width and cutting of his big scoring shots.

I get the feeling England think 'oh the tailenders can't bat, our bowlers are so good it's inevitable so I can't be arsed to come up with a plan. Pub?'
