You quoting a screen grab from Facebook? Want to back it up with some fact checked sources?

Or maybe you can just tell us again how Souness was the right appointment for the club and he should be given time [/Leazemag].

Isn't this what the discussion was all along anyway, that the club should be tapping into more naming/product sponsors?

I'm quoting Craig Hope.

Apology accepted.

No apology offered, you have provided an alleged author but no source.

So if we break this actually down, the season we were in the CL, old mate the CFO has actually managed to get an income from our advertising hoardings unlike Ashley and we've sold a bunch more tickets, at a price increase, because we were in a bunch more games.

Erect this man a statue, we need to get them locked into a long term contract before Mango man poaches him for the new head of fascism and accounting for the US of USSR!

BTW we weren't in Europe this season, so expect a dip the next financial results and possibly for this season if current form continues.

Returning to the Champions League for the first time in more than 20 years was hugely memorable for everyone connected with the club, and it has clear upside financially as we continue to grow.

Tbh, it was one hell of a low bar to jump over, he literally gave up on the commercial side, preferring to have his company involved as well as saving money by getting rid of loads in his first relegation, our commercial side never budged in 14 years which was extraordinary. But he was a good businessman who steadied the ship?
