Pretty sure other clubs have managed to identify land, build a new training ground and move in, in the same amount of time we've still been looking at potential sites

Depends if preferred site(s) are available yet though. As an example Benton Park view (HMRC/DWP) will be freed up in 2027, there were some rumours it'd been looked at.

Don't see us beating Villa annoyingly, but I think we can succeed against the others.

We can beat anyone, we schooled Liverpool and have owned Arsenal 👍

Agreed, we can, but Villa will be a tough game. Current thought is if we come away from there with a point, I'll be happy.

If we a win tonight and a draw at villa, champions league qualification is all but done.

If someone guaranteed me four points from the next two matches and gave me a choice of who we'd beat I'd take beating villa and drawing with these which could well happen anyway. This could be tougher than villa depending on how villa come out of their PSG encounter. I mean, I'll quite happily take two wins out of the two don't get me wrong chaps.

(I just have a feeling this game is going to be a bit of a chore whatever the result as it's just that type of fixture tbh).
