Honestly, fill the majority of a new stadium with varied but affordable season tickets say 70%, have a portion of tickets that go on sale to members (15%), the rest can be sold at a huge premium to tourists (15%).

 

Have the new stadium able to host concerts, NFL, and all that shite.

Look at the revenue from Chelsea.  They have 10k+ less capacity than us, yet pull in c26m more than us. How much of that is corporate?

It's the corporate, the average ticket price ( I wonder if Season ticket income is included in matchday?), the cost of pies, pints and so on.

What do the likes of Anfield or Stamford Bridge really offer that a refurbished SJP can’t? Same goes for Dortmund who might have a much bigger capacity but also much cheaper tickets. The nostalgia of SJP is also a huge asset that can get monetised too.
