Toonpack 10741
On the bright side (mebes) the 5 team limit for CL is evidently no more. If an English team wins it and finishes top four, down to 5th then qualify and depending on coefficient 6th could also qualify.

In other news Khusanov at Lens who we were linked with before Christmas for 20mill is according to Fab Romano going to the Etihad for 40-50 mill Turns out the figure for AK45 is 33m, as usual the price goes up for City plus January rates. Given our necessity i'm happy enough. He's a bit young and raw and looks to have a few sendings off in him. at 6ft1 he's no giant but looks to make up for it with heart. Hopefully Vitor Reis and Marmoush this week and maybe Douglas Luiz comes home.
Kid Dynamite 7413 Posted Thursday at 05:37 Share Posted Thursday at 05:37 We are up to 15th for last years revenue. Spurs nearly doubling that, partly due to their new ground massively increasing match day revenue

The Fish 11180 Posted Thursday at 10:23 Share Posted Thursday at 10:23 This shows how far we are behind when it comes to matchday revenue and commercial. The latter we can improve with sound negotiations, the former we can only really improve by building a new stadium.
Gemmill 48129 Posted Thursday at 10:29 Share Posted Thursday at 10:29 Building a new stadium and whacking up prices. Let's hope that's the last lever they pull (ticket prices) cos there's plenty scope for improvement elsewhere before they start pricing people out of the match.

Thing is, they can have loads of boxes, matchday experiences, expensive "premium" tickets and so on, without pricing out the local fans. Honestly, fill the majority of a new stadium with varied but affordable season tickets say 70%, have a portion of tickets that go on sale to members (15%), the rest can be sold at a huge premium to tourists (15%). Have the new stadium able to host concerts, NFL, and all that shite.
Holden McGroin 7165 Posted Thursday at 10:59 Share Posted Thursday at 10:59 NUFC are struggling to fill the corporate spots now. I've had numerous cals this season to see if I was interested in x game and I noticed they discounted the prices for the Wolves game.

I think we could significantly improve matchday revenue by upgrading SJP without the burden of extra costs of a new stadium. The bigger gap we need to close is in regards to commercial income.
