Sandro, I don't know if he has, but I am not dismissing him.  I have seen more of Gordon, especially playing in a team that a) has a plan and b) playing with some confidence.  Maybe I am interpreting you wrongly, but IMO you're dismissing him, because Longstaff displaces him.  But recently when Sandro has played a deeper role and we have pushed Bruno up we have looked better and Sandro has looked a lot better than Longstaff has.  He passes better, moves better and doesn't break up play by just giving fouls away. 

I miss understood what you were saying about potential. 
 

I haven’t fully dismissed Tonali (and genuinely want him to succeed here) but when you can’t dislodge the (arguably) worst player in the team out of his position, then things aren’t looking good for him. I agree he still has time but I think he needs to put a marker down in the remainder of the season or he’ll back to Italy in the Summer.

I'd agree with that. For what we have paid for him and the salary he's on he needs to really cement that place.

We have a ready made, possibly better 6 in Tonali, let Bruno go but not to another PL club, fuck helping one of our rivals - we want to catch and overtake them not assist in their rebuilding.

there has been some youth movement between city and united so there's no animosity. i suspect they know that we're circumstance allies in the premier league.

 

i thought we signed Distin from PSG. In fairness you have made good use of one of our academy products in Kieran Trippier

 

But i must apologize for Joey Barton. He left us for you as he wanted to win trophies. Terrible timing Joey lol.. Poor sap was on the pitch when we beat QPR 3-2 to win the PL too. shame.

we had therapy costs of our own. pretty sure Barton stubbed a cigar out in a City youth players eye. so i doubt we fought to keep him from going to you.  just your average scouser

Pretty sure we knocked back the chance to sign him permanently because Bobby had a hard on for Bramble. He was wanting similar wage to Robert. Would have been a beautiful partner for Woodgate.

Anyway back to Bruno being linked to City. 

 

If Pep wants him then i'd pay over the odds right now. We desperately need legs in midfield. He can cover Rodri's 6 this season, then replace Gundogan's 8 next season.

 

Not sure you'd sell mind you. And i wouldn't blame him for staying put.
