There will be clubs down the bottom half of the league looking for a proven PL striker to avoid relegation. To me he didn't add anything other than take up the space Isak might have occupied. Now Antonio on the other hand, is two years older and was putting our defence to shame with his pace and constant harassing/bullying of our two CBs. Yes that never helps a striker. Another frustrating thing is how bad our final ball and set pieces are and have been for most of this season. Toonpack 9908 Posted November 26 Share Posted November 26 Set piece delivery is atrocious, that said, even when the ball is delivered we just don't seem to attack it, if it's not pinged directly onto someone's head nothing happens. Though similar about our defending of corners and set plays, our defenders don't attack the ball. Seems all teams we're facing do. It's like we play some form of zonal scheme.
