Hope he is OK.

Wonder if he had caught the clap from Mrs Wykiki? 😀

More likely to catch something from Wykiki himself…

He had dental surgery a week ago according to the Guardian. Wonder if he's ended up with sepsis

If so, I am sure it is treatable in a man of his age and health. Sepsis is awful though. No condition makes you feel worse. When my Dad had it in hospital at his peak he was begging to die. He survived fortunately that time.

Every time things go well at NUFC there's some kind of twist. Get well soon Eddie, we need you. :nufc:

I did think it was odd they mentioned he was conscious but then thought they may have just said that to clarify it wasn't anything too serious.

I bet like others have said hes just grafted to fuck after a week of being smashed and hes just done himself in.

I bumped into Eddie and offered to buy him a pint, one lead to a few more and Eddie's not from these parts, he was singing 'my way' after just the fourth. By the end of the night he was in an ambulance. The club are trying to keep it quiet to save Eddie from being called a shandy drinker.  :good:

Aye I'd rather we'd had an update, but he might be home by now and the club just hasn't put a statement out yet. Or they might be keeping him in out of an abundance of caution, and cos they know if they discharge him he'll be back at work.

Let's hope we hear some good news soon.
