You have to admire his ability to blag jobs. If I'd been sacked from so many jobs I'd have my professional status revoked for lack of professional development. Yet this fella just walks into dead end job after dead end job and limbos under an ever decreasing lower bar with absolute ease. Hats off to the useless, fat cunt IMO.

I don't, y'know. I refuse to give him credit, I prefer instead to feel better about myself. If people are so stupid, so supremely dense as to employ a serial loser like Bruce, and yet still be successful in their field, maybe I can achieve great things.

Feel better about yourself? He's been made a multi-millionaire multiple times over by being extremely terrible at his job. If anything you should be ashamed of yourself that you couldn't make millions off the back of face planting the bottom rung of the career ladder tbh

just sat and watched this in its entirety, nearly 15 minutes of the fat fraud rewriting history....

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cn7l3810en4o

I dunno, I must just have some morbid fascination with how he's able to convince not only others (club owners) but also himself that he's anything other than profoundly shite. here he skillfully manages to erase from time the period between august 21 to octpber 22 where he managed us to an 8 game winless srart to the season and took west brom from a play off position to the relegation zone in a whirlwind 8 months.

instead he actually manages to pat himself on the back for having if anything over achieved with us in 12/13th seasons when his remit was only survival providing sparkling attacking football with maxi, almiron and joelinton.

ah, those heady, heady days brucey.

away banker on saturday... exeter city.

Aye, if he's still their manager at the start of next season, he'll be on borrowed time. An incredibly limited manager, which would be bad enough if he wasn't so fucking lazy to boot.

On the plus side, we can all look forward to another Steve Bruce sacking. His mates in the media will have to come up with a new set of excuses.

I think Blackpool in league one is the type of job he tends to do OK in. He'll get them promoted with dour football - his pals will tout him for a newly promoted PL team looking for a new manager. No one will bite and he'll subsequently get sacked after being proper shit in the championship...again. Bookmark it.

Name. One, Pkayer. He. Ever. Improved.

That’s unfair. Alex Bruce would never had a career in football but for Wor Steve.

They're benefiting from residual fitness from the previous manager. They'll be blowing out their arses from the 20 minute mark before too long.

That's a good point, you just knew he'd initially benefit from Rafa's cohesiveness early on and he did till it eventually ran out.
