ewerk 30170
It was technically correct but if it happened to us I'd be fuming. Had he known he was on a yellow card for the first offence then he wouldn't have committed the second one.
NJS 4358
Didn't see it but I've always thought refs have always bottled giving a second yellow when a player shows clear sweary dissent to the first - Keane and Rooney being the biggest culprits in recent years.

I feel like he should have just stopped the game at the first offence and booked him.
Craig 6670
Yeah that's the precedent I've seen before - where the ref awards a card and then there's dissent and off they go. Happened to one of Man Utd's prima donna players once (was it Di Maria?). Had the 2nd offence not have happened, he'd have tracked back to give him a yellow for the throw incident during the next break of play. That doesn't get negated because he commits a 2nd offence. The important point was Oliver signaled play on - meaning he acknowledged it was a foul. Stupid from Martinelli IYAM.
Tom 14011
Norwich’s goal difference isn’t really relevant as it’s so bad but let’s hope Man City can further damage it this evening. Watford & Burnley with tough games too, whilst Everton & Leeds play each other.
Gemmill 44174
Leeds look in proper trouble. Everton are all over them.

Dr Gloom 21768
if these results stay the same, norwich and burnley lose and we best villa then the three at the bottom are really looking like they could get cut adrift Edited February 12, 2022 by Dr Gloom
Rayvin 5151
It's a mini-league of 4 atm, which is fine as long as we stay at the top of it. I would have preferred Everton to lose and get sucked in properly but I think realistically that was always optimistic.
Howmanheyman 32648
It's hard to see Brentford not being in it, they're 6 points better off but we've three games in hand and their form is pretty bad and maybe they've shot their PL bolt?

Toonpack 9121
There’s still a team to drop like a stone into trouble, there always is, could be Leeds, could be Brentford, still hoping it’s the blue mackems tbh

Howay 12496
Brentford are 6 points above us, but we have 3 games in hand and also play them soon. Palace looking poor against them is good as well since we play them soon. Leeds are absolutely dog shit, Everton looked abysmal against us and just brushed them aside. I think Everton are more likely than Leeds to have a turnaround in form and pick up enough points to stay up so I think it’s definitely better they won than a Leeds win. It’s been another good set of results so far for us, hopefully Man City beat Norwich and we get a win tomorrow. Howmanheyman 32648
Fancy watching Norwich against Man City but also Napoli v Inter, top two clash. Mental how BT can't show the first 15 mins of these five o'clock games and there's always a goal scored. (1-0 Napoli in this case). Also, by my reckoning Napoli are playing in their 4th new strip of the season? I've noticed certain clubs just chop and change their kits and play their away strips at home seemingly randomly? Man City better not fuck up, mind. I don't like pip as it is.
