Honestly though he should be extremely worried about the current predicament. Perfectly put.The worrying thing is,someone thought Brucey was the right man and may still think that and Ashley might agree with him.

My contention would be that Fernandez had his shoulder in front of their player the whole time and prior to him moving his arm towards the ball their player clearly pulled at his shirt. If it was the other way (Fernandez was the attacking player) they could well have reviewed it and declared it a penalty in his favour. Good shout.Fernandez follows the line of the ball.Sharpe comes in from the left. The first infringement I notice is Sharpe gripping, tugging and holding on to the shirt of Fernandez before hand to ball .VAR clearly didn’t look at anything other than the actual ball hitting the hand and we all saw the ref not giving himself time to look at the first infringement. We therefore have to come to the conclusion that VAR asked the ref to look at the ball hitting hand and nothing else. With this incident other things were happening in such a small space of time before the handball, holding onto a shirt for example.A foul was committed just prior to the handball.VAR ,the ref, pundits and commentators never even looked/highlighted the handball. Why didn’t VAR go along with the ref’s initial decision of no pen due to the earlier shirt pulling? In slow motion time tv footage repeatedly showed the lead up to the handball,it didn’t just show the fraction of a second when hand hit ball.We were robbed !!!!
