Our best performance in quite some time, defended as a team and what for me stood out as the biggest difference was individual decision making and application. We understandably lost a bit of that towards the end, but earlier on our players were making the right decision to hold on to the ball and look for better options. At the end of the day if you're in the premier league you're an elite level footballer and you should be able to get the simple stuff right. They did that tonight and that solidified them as a team and gave the defense something to work for throughout. Smart and decisive defending and some very good saves from Darlow.
