This isn't going to happen in Peasepud's case as it would have to be a serious untreated hernia. I would just add that Peasepud, if it feels odd, I would see your GP. Worst case scenario if you do this now is minor surgery. Best case scenario is I'm talking cobblers and this is somehow a natural occurrence for men of your age.
