Papa Lazaru 0 Posted February 12, 2006 Share Posted February 12, 2006 Before he took over i knew Roeder was a respected coach so i was happy with him, but he keeps on impressing whever you read/see articles and interviews with him. The one i read on saturday had him discussing how he was working with the back four as a unit, actually practising tactics and plans together and hoiw they should move as a unit and cover for each other etc. Some of the things he knows souness doesn't: Width players in position tactics formations organisation actual team spirit not made up bollocks motivation man management idea of actually attacking now and then how not to be a complete prick!
