Expand I think Romano is fine, but I think in this instance he’s making a leap to look more ITK than he is. He’s saying this expecting Chelsea to sign him then will say he knew, in reality it’s ongoing - from what I know Chelsea have interest but it’s for a loan, Everton want to sell permanently, we have interest in a permanent deal but haven’t bid either yet. If Digne has decided he absolutely won’t come to Newcastle it would be news to our side from what I’ve heard. Romano works with tems, agents, federations... I am not sure if UEFA is inside too, but they need a man make it as reliable as possible. For example... He have been in some private jets with the players when they are transfer to another team... Or in presentations.
