I watched that Ivor Cummins bloke for a while when he seemed to be making some sense on the data.

 

However when the data completely flipped on him, and he disappeared for two months, then came back saying he'd never said the stuff that he had DEFINITELY said two months earlier (like "the pandemic is over"), that was the end of that. 

 

I now enjoy watching him get schooled on the wrongagainivor hashtag on twitter.

Must admit until you posted that I can’t say I’ve heard of it. A quick Google says that Oxford are doing a clinical trial on it.

 

Ive only been watching him a short while and I must say the videos I’ve watched seem very good and usually a better breakdown of the latest science that’s out there.

 

Has he actually been telling people to take the drug before the trial is completed?

I would guess because Japanese people are used to wearing masks as par for the course, also they are generally well governed.

Uttar Pradesh probably because they don’t report accurately.

So the UK records over 200k new infections today. Earlier on several hospitals declared critical incidents. The NHS are clearly under pressure. Apparently the NHS will move to a "war footing" The majority of children return to school tomorrow.  Johnson's response no further restrictions. What could possibly go wrong.
