Sun's out and driving through Chillingham Road I saw my first sunshine charva of this summer bouncing along with his lass in finest tracka bottoms and no shirt. Skinny, (natch), with shaved back and sides and mop of hair on the top with shit tattoos and a spotty back.

Extra charva marks if he had his trackie bottoms tucked into his socks

Got to be wearing those hideous Nike trainers, hockling randomly on the pavement, and speaking with that unintelligible nasal jawdee. Bonus points for an ankle tag.

What about the heatproof charvas?

29°C, blazing sunshine, bowling along in a full shell suit, zipped up to the neck, with a woolly hat on.

Goes without saying that both varieties- sunshine and heatproof, walk at silent movie pace …

'Heatproof charvas'

David Attenborough could do a voiceover on both and describe how  both species of charva differentiate from their close relative.
