He's been excellent like. Sounds and looks like he's on his way though.

quite a nice way for him to bow out: 7 wins on the bounce, conceding only what, two goals in the process? shame he couldn't stay on until after picking up his league cup winner's medal.

It's true mind. Once upon a time we'd have had a new thread for every single thought that popped into someone's mind, nowadays it's a badge of honour to dredge up and revive an old topic, ideally from pre-2010 if possible.

Aww, my era.

I was going to post something the other day about if anyone could remember a film called Bostock's Cup. Did a search for it in case there was already a topic, and the one result was me posting the same thing in about 2007.

According to Hope, Dubravka doesn't want a new contract to keep him at the club longer, so what they're trying to do is engineer a situation where he gets some sort of bumper for staying til the end of the season. And hopefully he can still sign a deal with the Saudi lot, but just not go yet.

It doesn’t usually happen with 6 months left on a contract. In this case he could just sign a pre-contract agreement but then we won’t get a fee and Al-Shabab might just walk away if they need a player now.

I am sure some powers that be in Saudi could have a word.
