Ayatollah Hermione 13863
Only one thing for it. Put Sports Direct's windows out in the middle of the night. Might be harder in the Metro Centre but some heed-the-baal will manage it
Anorthernsoul 1221
He's always remained rather positive in his time here considering the shit he has to deal with from the daft cunts above him but it's looking bleak now. Still we're a top half team aren't we?
Noelie 103
Just finished watching the match courtesy of Braga via the Chronicle. No sign of Shelvey? The 4 - 0 score doesn't give a true picture of the game. We looked pretty decent in the first half, there were chances to score, Perez missed a sitter, we just don't have that cutting edge. to put the chances away, Changes didn't help matters, introduction of Joselu, Manquilla, and Darlow, didn't help the cause. acrossthepond 877
This is about to end badly, isn't it? Dear lord, you'd think these fucking morons would've got the picture by now but we just keep repeating the same cycle of sorrow every two years or so. The fat fuck lucked into a manager good enough to keep us up indefinitely, even on a reasonable budget which was supposedly the goal from the off, and he just can't keep his sausage fingers out of a good thing. He's not just going to press the self-destruct button, he's going to karate chop the fucking thing, pocket the transfer revenue yet again, and chortle at our impotent protests. We're fucked. Again. Howmanheyman 33166
Does he own any racehorses, silky pyjamas and a big bed in Hollywood? Maybe needs an old Sicilian message to help him see the bigger picture.

Aye his short term thinking and lack of noticing any blatant patterns is baffling to see in a bloke that’s become a billionaire. As you say he’d lucked into the perfect situation, a top manager who would comfortably keep the team in the PL, just give him a mediocre budget and a % of transfer sales and he’d happily work within those constraints. Instead, after one fucking season Ashley sees he kept the team up so the fucking mug has pulled the rug to try and keep a bit in the coffer now completely ignoring the fact this path ends in yet another relegation. What a complete fucking disaster this bloke has been for Newcastle United. The most baffling part of this entire thing is this lot desperately chased Steve McClaren and gave him more of a budget than any manager during Ashley’s tenure iirc, then Rafa comes along and essentially asks for the job, they barely give him two pennies to rub together and have spent more time this summer writing letters to palm him off to someone else than they have working on any transfer targets.
