Happy Face 29
The Edukators... thumbs up! as fuck... It's all about Germany these days. Requiem came out on Friday too and is supposed to be one of the best films in the revival.

The Fish 10963
Casino Royale *Thumbs Down* Casino Royale two thumbs fresh. thought it married modern trends with some real old Flemming Bond. The more brutal stark fighting style, the ubiquitous Le Parkour chase scene, tied to a far more serious less frivilous lead. I really enjoyed it and thought that it was a good way to re-invent the Bond franchise, take it away from silly gadgets and cringeworthy quips. definitely recommendable

Gemmill 46029
I liked that they moved away from the silly quips and gadgets (an invisible car ffs), but: - It was half an hour too long - The plot was pretty shit I thought Craig made a decent enough Bond though, although he looks a bit like a meathead bouncer when compared with Brosnan. All in all, it was ok. Nothing to get excited about.
Guest alex
Sean Connery looked like a meat head bouncer too imo. Still, I prefer Moore anyway. The cheesier the better when it comes to Bond for me.
Gemmill 46029
Nah, I'm a Connery man. Difference between Connery and Craig is that Connery was just a massive bloke. When Craig comes out of the water (the bit Dotbum likes) he looks like some steroids freak that you see on holiday with a tiny pinhead sat on top of his inflated body. Basically I'd kick him all over.

Gemmill 46029
The Grudge was bad enough. Laughably unscary. I won't be going anywhere near the sequel.
Jill 0
The Grudge was bad enough. Laughably unscary. I won't be going anywhere near the sequel. The Grudge was terrible but I found it quite funny so I thought the second one might be worth a look. Not even funny in a shit way though, just terrible. As usual with those sort of sequels, Sarah Michelle Geller was in it for about 2 seconds for a brief link to the first one before they ran out of money for her wages. Which one would you recommend? my favourite is "From Russia with Love." might be a little light on gadgets for you, however the real Flemming Bond is,in my eyes, closer to Robert Ludlum's "Jason Bourne" character than the Brosnan and Moore bonds we saw. and James Bond Jason Bourne coincidence?? I think not...
