Civil War is pretty decent and different.

He said no Marvel.

Longlegs. 0/10

This biggest steaming pile of shit I have ever had the misfortune to watch.

Avoid at all costs

This, and the presence of Nic Cage in the cast, are making me want to watch it

Doesn’t that put it in the Oscarworthy category chez CT?

Their marketing team deserves the Oscar. Getting simpletons to compare it to silence of the lambs takes some doing.

Not even Cage’s trademark overacting can save it.

Hopkins won the Best Actor Oscar for Hannibal Lecter despite only being on screen for 15 minutes.

Comparing Cage and Hopkins is like comparing me to messi because I did two kick ups with a balloon

Cage has an Oscar too, fully deserved, for Leaving Las Vegas.

He’s done so many stinkers because I believe had a huge debt to the IRS, so took everything and churned them out, but he is/was a decent actor.

Hopkins is something else though- that film he did with Olivia Colman a while back where he played a father with dementia was incredible.

He was a shit lecter though, as a fan of the books.

Mads Mikkelsen was absolutely superb in the series though.

He's had some great films tbf.

- Raising Arizona is an 80s classic.

- Con Air, The Rock and Face Off all came out in the same year in the 90s.

- The National Treasure movies were an easy watch the 00s

- Even though he's had some turds recently, he's also had some good stuff like Pig, Mandy, Colour out of Space and The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent

42 years he's been acting and still going strong

The five nights at Freddie’s rip off he was in was better than the actual five nights at Freddie film.

He doesn’t have any lines in it whatsoever and it just a fucking badass stuck in a proper stupid premise but it was an easy watch.

Absolutely deserved.  Still remember watching that film at the Forum in Hexham.  Not him on screen at the time, but when Starling is going around in the dark at the end, you could hear the tension in the audience.
