Holden McGroin 6802
I liked it. A not-so subtle dig at religion
jonasjuice 0
Generally avoid trailers as a rule so the gags were fresh and just knew it was a Seth Rogan comedy, but pixar style. Delivered on what I expected and thought some of the personality of the items were actually quite clever.

Happy Face 29
The BFG 3 year old was transfixed for the first half hour but struggled with the 2 hours. I thought they did a good job.
Tooj 17
Just watched Cartel Land. Documentary about the American/Mexican drug war. Really enjoyed it as it wasn't what I was expecting at all, it had quite a lot of access to local vigilante groups on both sides of the border and how they're basically ignoring the law and trying to get their own justice by fighting the cartels themselves. tooner 243
Kubo and the two Strings, thought it was really well done. watched it to see if I could show the kids but i think it will be too scary (they're 3 and 1.5)

Rayvin 5356
It was like a fukin love story. Is that praise or criticism? I'm supposedly seeing this tomorrow but I have wiggle room to get out potentially. Should I go?
PaddockLad 17751
Finally got round to seeing I, Daniel Blake last night. Brutal stuff, wouldn't say it was exactly enjoyable but it was hugely affecting. A full house broke into a round of applause at the end, down here in true blue Dorset it was a bit surprising. The last time I saw a flick where there was clapping (and indeed cheering) at the end was after Flash Gordon at the Roxy in Kelso around 1980

David Kelly 1260
Loving. Thought it was a bit dull which is a shame because I've really enjoyed all of the directors other films (particularly Mud and Midnight Special).
