Technically its 'on' Blu-Ray

Wouldn't it be 'by'?

'I watched Commando by Blu-Ray' . . . . . nah that doesnt even make sense <_<

<_<

I mean it's a format innit? Like a mode of transport. You drive to Leeds 'by' car or 'by' bike, even though you're in one and on the other.

To be clear maybe Jonny should have said "Commando in the format of blu-ray", I mean he watched it "on" the telly didn't he, not the disc?

Perhaps "via" would have been the best option. "Commando via the medium of Blu-Ray".

I think you should write to the editor of the Times to be sure.

Wanted

Enjoyable in kind of impossibly far fetched kind of a way.

Aye I thought pretty much the same.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels - 7/10 Couldn't be bothered to stick anything new on last night and this was one sky and found it as enjoyable as ever. Martin was still good at that time and Caine shows how good he is at comedy too.

Adam & Paul

Absolutely cracking film about two irish drug addicts. Quite a dark comedy, had me laughing one minute and then deeply unsettled the next.

It's a bit like Trainspotting, but I have to say I enjoyed this alot more.

Some pure gold dialogue like the following:

"So where are ye from?"

"I am from Bulgaria"

"So what are ye doin here?"

"I had to leave Sofia"

"Why? Is she pregnant?"

;)

The ending is really moving and well carried out too. Thoroughly recommend people see this one.

Apocalypto

Canny good. Some marvellous violence. Gets a bit Rambo though.

Just ordered it on Bluray, I love the film but the ending is a bit "Lord of the flies".

28 Days Later 8/10. Didn't really think too much of it the first time I saw it but decided to give it another go and I thought it was excellent.

The Limey 8/10. Terrance Stamp doing a kind of Carter/Walker role and doing very well too.

Swingers 7/10. Enjoyable but not as 'Money' as it wants to be.

The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button 8/10. Fantasitcally well made (the aging and deaging effects are brilliant) and moving story with Pitt and Blanchett on top form. Not sure if Pitt was nominated for an Oscar but he should be as should Fincher.
