Happy Face 29
Brick awe-diddly-awesome loved the film, it's incredibly cool. I don't mean it's a cool film, I mean that the action, the dialogue, the acting is "cool". It's how I wish I sounded at my most eloquent. definitely recommend it. Generally, people seem to love it like. I hated the crock of shit personally.
Park Life 71
Bought the 3 of them (with Hang 'Em High) quite cheap on Amazon a while ago (the box set with four films being cheaper than the trilogy - Hang 'Em High has nothing to do with the others though apart from it being a western with Clint Eastwood in it so it's a bit of a strange box-set). Collecting WWII films atm. Ice Cold in Alex? Dirty Dozen Where Eagles Dare The Great escape Guns of Navarone that kind of thing...

Sydney Lumet directed, Sean Connery in possibly his finest role and Roy Kinnear's in it. Can't go wrong.
Happy Face 29
You heard of Overlord? Made in 1975 it combines documentary footage with original footage that blends in with it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overlord_%28film%29 http://www.hmv.co.uk/hmvweb/displayProduct...&sku=764422 Meant to be harshly overlooked at the time. Tooj 17
A Fistful Of Dollars. "Get 3 coffins ready." One of my favourite movie introductions of all time as well as actually being one of my favourite films. Amazing cinematography as per usual from Leone as well as brilliant music from Leone as well. Volontè is class in this, although not on the same level as his performance in For A Few Dollars More.
David Kelly 1260
Nightwatch. Really enjoyed it and I think I will have to try and get a hold of Daywatch too. Some of the visual style really reminded me of early Jean-Pierre Jeunet.
Holden McGroin 6785
Captivity. Reallly dont know why I put it on LoveFilm list. I'll tell you why. Cos I love horror movies. This wasnt horror. It was a thriller mixed with gore.

snakehips 0
Went to see St Trinians this afternoon. Excellent. 10/10 on the hips scale. btw Letters from Iwo Jima does have a soundtrack in English. The English soundtrack does contain a commentary of what is happening eg 'goes and laughs at his friend', but the lines that the actors are speaking are there as well. It was a bit strange, but far better than fuckin's subtitles as one can actually watch the movie at the same time

Shame so many Asian films are dubbed when shown on TV, especially old Jackie Chan ones and the like as they just remind me of shit 70's porn.
