ritchie apparently playing the number 10 role. how is getting on? i've wondered if he'd be better suited to that role for a while. lacks the pace you need to play out wide in the PL

We're certainly trying to play the game, and I can't pick out anyone that's done a bad job. Two lightning counters from them and a very unlucky block from Lascelles, and that's your match. Luck's just not going our way.

We have no quality where it counts.

story of our season, and it doesn't look like the fat man is going to pay the going rate to get someone better than joselu in

It’s hard to imagine us being too much worse off had we taken the money for Gayle in the summer.

I thought after last season he would make the grade in the PL, he hasn't. He's actually got worse, maybe his confidence has gone as well.

So, one of the commentators said we've only won 4 FA cup games in a fucking decade! Even under souness, we made the semis. This would be the same decade as Ashley then. NUFC are in PVS because of this fucker.

Look, you can’t expect us to compete with sovereign nations like Stevenage and Oxford.

Was surprised to see Mbemba, Saivet, & Haidara all start, but not perturbed as I've always touted them.

The lads acquitted themselves fairly decent in performance but there was the usual wasteful sloppy passing, surrendering the ball too easily, and the inability to capitalize on the chances forthcoming, and we had some chances.

First goal was poor defending, second was unfortunate deflection, and third was a cracking free kick.

After todays performance I wonder who will start on Wednesday.

I have to wonder why  Merino is not getting playing time, he has shown he is a decent player.
