(it was a general statement not just in relation to the louis ck, if it's so rampant can some cunt not speak up at the time) Roman Polanski pleaded guilty to anally raping a 13 year old, he is still lauded by many as an auteur and defended by people on here. Why the fuck would anyone go against the bosses when in the past it did the square root of fuck all.
David Kelly 1245
Chinatown is a fucking good film mind. Edit: It doesn't actually seem true that he pleaded guilty to anally raping anyone. As far as I can see he pleaded guilty to unlawful sex with a 13 year old. In no way do I defend that or do I think any 13 year old can consent to sex, and I think anyone who is guilty of statutory rape of a 13 is a horrible person. Even if the victim seems to have softened her own position on him over the years. It's interesting to note that the age of consent in California at the time this happened was only 14. adios 717
When it's the Hollywood establishment lauding him it's going to have a serious impact on your will to report more of the same.
Alex 35083
Think the victim's testimony is pretty convincing and all too believable. I see there's a few more woman came out with accusations about Polanski now too.

Not quite the way I read it (admittedly from Wikipedia) but either way with what he's admitted himself there's more than enough evidence he's a horrible human being. Likewise nailed on there's going be some false allegations mixed in amongst these were someone is going to be vilified for nought. Hope Solo has now accused Sepp Blatter of sexual assualt. I do not mind if he is vilified.

Tom 14011
The bloke from the band "Brand New" has been accused of "soliciting nude images from a 15 year old girl". A load fans on twitter saying that's ruined his music forever etc & they're devastated and will never listen to him again. "Accused" seems to mean guilty. Weird. A band from Durham dropped out of a gig with Brand New because the accusation - which was a Facebook post without any evidence or history. Park Life 71
''In the fall of 2016, Harvey Weinstein set out to suppress allegations that he had sexually harassed or assaulted numerous women. He began to hire private security agencies to collect information on the women and the journalists trying to expose the allegations. According to dozens of pages of documents, and seven people directly involved in the effort, the firms that Weinstein hired included Kroll, which is one of the world’s largest corporate-intelligence companies, and Black Cube, an enterprise run largely by former officers of Mossad and other Israeli intelligence agencies. Black Cube, which has branches in Tel Aviv, London, and Paris, offers its clients the skills of operatives “highly experienced and trained in Israel’s elite military and governmental intelligence units,” according to its literature. Two private investigators from Black Cube, using false identities, met with the actress Rose McGowan, who eventually publicly accused Weinstein of rape, to extract information from her. One of the investigators pretended to be a women’s-rights advocate and secretly recorded at least four meetings with McGowan. The same operative, using a different false identity and implying that she had an allegation against Weinstein, met twice with a journalist to find out which women were talking to the press. In other cases, journalists directed by Weinstein or the private investigators interviewed women and reported back the details.'' https://www.newyorker.com/news/news-desk/harvey-weinsteins-army-of-spies/amp
