Deeney seems to have carved out a bit of a media career for himself. Also seems to turn up on loads of those podcast clips you see where players relate ‘fascinating’ anecdotes from back in the day. I must have caught about 5 or so with him on and on every single one he’s had a fallout with and threatened to chin the manager / one of the coaches. Even allowing for BS maybe he was the issue a lot of the time?
