Yeah, compare this kid with the lads from True Faith. I remember them doing a couple of fan cams years ago and you could see they've got some charisma, and at least a little bit of polish about themselves. I can't remember if Emil Franchi did fan cams before his radio career or not, but the difference between the two is huge.

If the True Faith lot are amateur, this Pearson chancer is primordial.

Aye I wouldn’t be surprised if £100 a month was being very generous. If it was as simple as just doing what he did everyone would be at it

His post-match vlog is up. He is not happy lads, he is NOT happy. He works his arse off for this club... well he doesn't work for the club, but his vlogs promote the U23s to a wider audience. He's expecting a call from the club.

 On what fucking planet does this kid live?

'works his arse off for the club'

I watched a premier League world episode, 33, about NUFC, predominantly interviewing John Hall but with a few ex-players, wasn't too bad, was on for half an hour but they had the lass from true faith, Charlotte, I think? She's good the odd time I've heard her, isn't a stammering gimp and she always comes across well but I can't help but think it's always the same people representing the fans, (could be far, far worse in her case), but here's the rub, it's the same faces even when discussing events where they'd have been young bairns if they were born at all? To me the Keegan entertainer years bits and bobs TV sometimes do almost always miss a massive point and you can tell any 'bairns' miss it too by not being around and old enough, and that I really think you had to be around the club, going to games for a few years before to properly drink in the dramatic change and to have truly enjoyed and felt it. Even daft stuff like us laughing at the backpass change as it was nothing to a passing, progressive team like ours was where other, lesser teams honestly couldn't get their heads around it even picking it up, knowing they couldn't pick it up but doing it anyway as their conscious brain fart was played out in front of thousands of laughing supporters. Anyway, like I say, it could've been a pudding like Pearson sitting there talking as if he was an audience member on Rolf's cartoon club.

It’s citizen journalism sticking it to the MSM. Social media has democratised journalism. Everybody’s a reporter now. All the halfwits on the planet have a platform to air their opinions. Mint

What did he get chucked out for? I hope "doing what he loves" isn't starting racist chants.

 From what it seems like on Twitter he basically films games, which you obviously aren’t meant to be doing, he was asked to pack it in before being thrown out.

The back pass rule completely fucked Liverpool football club for 15-20 years...it was in their dismal fuckin DNA for decades...tbf it won them 3 European & 2 UEFA cups but once it was stopped they were fucked...it was a seismic change and some clubs as you say took to it easily...

The lads from True Faith & Gallowgate shots are pretty decent.

Emil Franchi is the standout, he’s already a radio presenter but has a great rapport with the fans, he’s pretty clever & can turn a developing situation into a funny one. Very professional & has a great character.

Genuinely puzzled as to what Pearson thinks he offers in this role.

I ran his account through a couple of analysis tools and he's had around 500,000 views of his videos in the last month. Which seems impressive but his audience engagement rate is only 1.63%.

Which puts his estimated annual earnings at ...drumroll... $1,759 - $2,932.

and yet he reckons he’s making more money doing this than he could through regular work. Just how unemployable is he?

Well he dropped out of a Sports Coaching foundation course so he probably made the right choice.

Anyone ever join a fan club as a kid?

The millennial equivalent is a mailing list, I suppose

Anyway I was in Desperate Dan's Pie Eater's Club.

I was in that too! I was also in the Dennis & Gnasher fan club too
