Then, Chelsea will apeal to TAS (I think in English you said CAS) and they get a licensed to sign this summer and the ban will evaluate in some months. If they are finally punished, they will start with the ban next january.

I've just checked the law regarding the kick off. The player who wins the toss cannot chose to kick off. I thought they had a choice between kicking off or deciding which end they'd like to attack.
