We also signed two youngsters. If they don't count then the youngster Brighton signed from Celtic shouldn't either. Brighton also signed a replacement for the keeper they lost. So we're both at one in if we're going to ignore Atsu and youngsters. Palace have had none in. As I say it's been one week, I know it's felt like ages because the season ended early but it's still only been one week.

The window has been open a week or so man, we've got two players in and now people are saying we have a bid on a third accepted. Meanwhile teams like Burnley, West Ham, and Palace have basically done fuck all and haven't had many rumors that they will do much either. Stoke, West Brom and a few others haven't done loads either because it's been a week.

Huddersfield keep getting brought up as doing more than us but they weren't close to us last season and I can't say I've seen many of the players they've bought play other than Mooy and Ince who I don't rate so I can't say they're worrying me.

Its been open a month now

Also, the author of that article is the same one who claimed in January that Graham Carr was back in charge of all transfers and we'd only be looking at young players with resale value. I'd take what he says with a pinch of salt.

The Mail, who tend to be a bit more reliable with our stuff, also reckons we're in for Delph. So, within a day, we've put together a 17 million bid for one midfielder while also going for another. Almost like you shouldn't bother listening to anything they write.

Fair enough, I thought it opened later as most contracts seem to run until end of June. It's not like many teams do much in June really though so I don't see it as anything to worry about.

The Samaris deal is confirmed? If not, there is one new player in.

In any event, I'm sure The Fish will agree with me.  :D

You're wrong I'm afraid, I don't agree with you.

I'm frustrated, but I don't think out transfer window is indicative of a lack of support for Rafa. There'll be a combination of reasons for our lack of activity, but similar reasons appear to be hindering other clubs' activity too.

So while I remain frustrated, I'm not overly concerned yet.

If there is a problem, it'll be selling people. We have a large squad and no one is buying any of them.

That's because they are shite. Dummett, Colback, Gouffran, Riviere, etc. Who in their right mind would pay money for those useless cunts?

I'd take Navas personally.  He's clearly not a real top level player and I could never understand why he played so much for City, but for the level we are at I think he'd be a good signing.

I'm a bit concerned about the level of player we are being linked to.  I realise that funds are limited but we need a couple of big signings with plenty of top flight experience.  Prices suggest it will be difficult to get much quality with premier league experience but there is more value to be found abroad.  We're lacking in top flight experience throughout the squad.

Navas is going back to Spain.

Well Craig Hope has just shit on our cornflakes.

Murphy from Norwich, Navas, Traore from Boro and Ojo all not happening apparently

Personally I'd just match the asking prices for Reina, Jacob Murphy, Delph, Andre Grey and Gibbs. Chuck £60mil at them, secure our place in the league and bank £100mil next season

None of those (particularly the last two) would worry me in the slightest.  We need experienced top flight players and only Navas falls into that category there.

I agree we need to spend what needs to be spent and I'd be pretty happy to see those other players come here.

Every one if those signings not happening are all shite anyway. Navas barely assisted or scored in a good city side so I'd stay well clear. Andre Gray is just a shite Dwight Gayle too.
