Having your leg broke in your first season will do that like

May well have had a bearing like. I was just getting to my seat at the Etihad when I saw one of ours crumpled on the deck..."who the fucks that?"...."Ben arfa" said the lad next to me " de Jong just assaulted him. If he'd done it outside blu bamboo he'd have got 6 months"

I'm really bored, considering starting a twitter rumour that I then forget about so I can be excited by a potential signing later on.

Got to think of someone unexpected and exciting but possible. Arnautovic?

Lame, I'm thinking Yarmolenko, someone the FM players will have heard of and get all excited about.

Should I begin to worry?

Huddersfield have got one in, Everton 2, Leicester 1, Man Ure 1, etc etc. We've just got them gannin oot.

I don't count Atsu cos he was already here.

These newspaper rumours, or wherever they come from, really get up me nose. I thought we'd have someone by now.

Nothing at all to worry about yet Noelie, the window hasn't even been open a week.

You're also not counting Atsu because he was already here but are counting Mooy likely going to Huddersfield when he was on loan there last season (he also hasn't signed yet).

Everton are really going big so far.

30 million on Pickford, 24 million on Klaasen, had a 26 million bid for Keita at Lazio knocked back but have agreed a 16 million fee for Niang.

Aren't Chelsea due to break records to re-sign him?

Conte wants him, board aren't keen on spending £90 million on him apparently.

Various murmurs that Conte may well walk this summer, Inter were desperate to get him but have Spalletti now though so I dunno where he'd go.

£90million!

Am I correct in saying he hasnt really done it against the big teams this season?  If so £90m for someone who gets shut out by better defences is a lot.

He got three against members of the top 6 last season which isn't great, but you could possibly argue that he wasn't supplied, though I don't know if that stands up.

He is only 24 as well, so I guess he has a few seasons of improvement before he hits his "peak" .
