NJS 4446 Posted February 5, 2017 Share Posted February 5, 2017 Yes but even my limited knowledge goes as far as knowing branches of government including the judiciary are deliberately separated to provide checks and balances. He might think he can go further because of the republican grip of Congress but judges are generally letter of the law focused.
