Howay 12496
From the top of the world as England manager to the Championship. Couldn't happen to a bigger cunt. I don't think that mackem kid came back on btw. He's gone off with a smashed cock. He'll probably be listed on that physio room with a groin injury. Aye it's been a pretty fucking good season for us, Pardew sacked, Allardyce walking out on the mackems, losing the England job, and then possibly getting relegated, the mackems hopefully heading down, and us going up. Howay 12496
I hope they come 3rd, then lose to the 6th place team in the play-offs, then come 15th next season. Tramps.

Especially if that 6th placed team is Sheffield Wednesday. Jesus, they were fuming on Twitter last night because of an internet poll, run by SoccerAM, on a wednesday night, imagine the fewm if they're robbed* of a promotion. *it'd have to have been a conspiracy as there's no chance the biggest club in the league could miss out on promotion if everything is equal. rogerbarton 24
I notice a few Twitter types talking about Leeds' threat. Mark Douglas seems particularly fond of going on about it. They lost to Barnsley on Friday and they're 7 points behind us having played a game more. Presuming we win our game in hand, that's basically 11 points given goal difference. Which means they need us to lose 4 games more than us. Given they've lost 9 already, mathematically you'd expect them to lose another 6 games. Which means we'd have to lose 10 out of 19. This pays no attention to form, and it's quite possible they're building up a head of steam (though Friday didn't suggest that). But even if they only lose twice more we'd have to lose six more times this season... Edited January 26, 2017 by rogerbarton

I think they're impressing and will likely be in a strong position in the Play Offs, but the lead Brighton and Newcastle have built is too big to see another club nab an automatic spot from either of us, without a shocking loss of form. Tom 14011
Leeds fans kicking off at that Twitter poll was funny as fuck. A Soccer AM poll, impartially voted us as the best fans in the country & there's a case to back that up. Que a load of Leeds fans crying and moaning saying they were the best fans in the country and trotting out the usual clichés about Newcastle and some new ones. One bloke saying our ground is empty when we're 1-0 down at half time
Howay 12496
I genuinely don't understand why them or the mackems care. Both teams are fucking shite, that's what matters more than some subjective thing like 'best fans'. I also don't understand why Leeds fans think they should be seen as the best, I spent a fair whack of time there and people generally cared more about Leeds Rhino's. It seems to be fans of sides like the Mackems and Leeds that give a shit about what other fan bases think of them, who gives a fuck? support your side, who gives a toss what Tarquin the Arsenal fan from Hemel Hempstead thinks about your fan base. Alex 34787
When Leeds were riding high under O'Leary there was an article in the papers about how they'd sold a record number of season tickets. Think it was about 25k

Alex 34787
It stuck in my mind because it had a positive spin put on it at the time and at about the same time we were getting negative press for 'only' having sold 38,000 season tickets
The Fish 10686
Wolves are currently beating Liverpool 1-0 at Anfield. Lose this and it's 1 win in 8.
Howmanheyman 32715
2-0 now, the contrast between the commentary when we get done by a lower league side and BT's today is amazing, (naturally they've got McManaman alongside the shit 'Fletch'), very low key commentating on the goal considering the circumstances plus the fact it was a great counter attacking goal. Already all about Liverpool. Compare and contrast it to us getting knocked out in the past and the commentators creaming their hondacrackas as they shout in the mic. The Fish 10686
According to the unbiased BT Sport, the first goal shouldn't have counted because it wasn't a foul, it was offside and the wolves players are poopyheads

The Fish 10686
Erm, Wycombe are winning 2-0 at Tottenham. It'd be just our luck to have two massive teams like Liverpool and Spurs drop out of the cu, only to be followed by us getting knocked out at Oxford.
