Still haunted by getting the hook for Ginola and not playing for Keegan's team. He looks at his old team photos and he sees himself in a black & white adidas grandad collar shirt with the brown ale sponsor, Les Ferdinand to his left, Peter Beardsley to his right, Kevin Keegan sitting in front of him, then the mist/tears clear and he's looking at himself in a fucking manky 'nutmeg' Palace shirt with TDK on it, surrounded by Ian Dowie and Richard Shaw with his manager Alan Smith sitting at the front. He wipes away a tear, let's a long sigh out and tweets about voting for Brexit/Trump etc.

Bet Southgate loves the comparison like. He's also seemingly jumped to the moronic conclusion that he's in some way got things sussed because he voted for or would have voted for something / someone that happened to win (in a two-horse race).

In other games Yaya just scored a canny goal in his first game back, Charlie Austin looks like he had a right session last night going off how rough he looks here against the scousers, and Jermaine Defoe is still the only football player SAFC have. Back to you in the studio Gemmill.

Even if City did just equalise

 Burnley have had to make 2 subs in the 1st half because of injuries.

I'd put some money on City scoring quite a few in the second half as legs tire without the possibility of reinforcements the bench, the gameplan that the 1st team has been working on goes out the window and a bollocking from Pep in the break?

Sounds a good shout. As much as I hope Burnley surprise them it seems doubtful.

Decent effort by them so far though.

Point(s) for Burnley isn't great for Sunderland as Burnley are expected to lose momentum as a lot of promoted sides do and points at home against a top side  could be invaluable at the business end of the season.

Hull and Swansea have a really good chance to get 3pts today and if Liverpool's attacking line fancies it a Cattermole and Kirchoff-less sunderland could be very accommodating.
