Two Michael Jackson solo tracks and neither of them are Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough 👎

"We Are The World" I get that it's included for non-musical reasons, but still.

Says it all about America that they made a documentary called "The Greatest Night in Pop" when Bananarama, Francis Rossi and Marilyn had done it first and more urgently.

Yeah, I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry at We Are the World. Like you say it’s a shit Band Aid (which was also shite).  It’s like an AI generated list (probably is that)

I’m not reading that but if Strawberry Letter 23 isn’t in, then it’s a huge failure

It’s in at No.8 , Pop Pickers!

Yeah I gave up on my phone and read it on my iPad when I got home, it was much better..

Is this a clue to the spate of recent RTA's in which you have partaken (caused) ???

Ah really. That is a big shame. The metrocentre one went last year and the Central Arcade one must have been clinging on.

Leaves a big gap in Central Arcade too.

Very sad to learn that this renowned music shop is closing in Newcastle. As a teenager I used to visit after school and listen to Bowie in one of their stereo listening booths and then browse through the records and sheet music and wish I could afford a posh guitar. It will be much missed. Neil x

It’s a shame but, as someone who plays guitar and drums, I don’t think I’ve been in it for about a decade and that sort of sums it up. Not sure what is even in Central Arcade now but IIRC, it’s part of the Rueben portfolio so let’s hope a building that fantastic doesn’t go to waste
