Donald Trump

I am firmly of the belief that he only ran this time to try get in and give himself a pardon- he showed little interest in the actual job last time he was in.
I genuinely hope that as soon as it’s reasonably clear that he’s lost, he is classed as a flight risk in his numerous criminal cases and has his passport taken.

I’d love to see him get sent down, it’s unlikely, but let’s be honest- events in the US haven’t been predictable for a while now.

I do wonder what his cult will do once he’s either banged up or dead, maybe start wearing orange suits or coffins, whichever is appropriate?

It’ll be interesting to see what the Republicans do when he loses- will they continue to back a two-time loser?

You’d hope the more reasonable amongst them might see that he’s poison, but then, they’ve all been sidelined by his cult members.

I’m also curious to see how Harris responds to whatever sentence he gets?

I don’t think him losing will see any insurrection like last time,  but a sentence of jail time could light the powder in the crazies camps again.

He just needs to fucking die, sharpish, for the good of everyone

Trouble is you cut the head off the snake and it just grows another. Vance is waiting in the sidelines to  be the latest Republican cunt.

They'll always put forward a nut-job. As soon as they start to see sense - like Pence did - they're dropped like a stone.

Win or lose there will be violence, the USA is incredibly divided.  Massive group of people who have only had one major local conflict in their history, I think this is a factor in their division.  Over here we are generally a bit more tolerant as we have been kicking fuck out of each other for centuries and eventually, more or less, found a way to coexist.

Peter Thiel is backing Vance and he won’t give up till he’s got someone in the Oval Office. They’ll come back in 2028 with a Farage type figure, someone easily seen through but not a deranged psychopathic white collar mobster. Probably “a Christian” 😑

Vance has as much personality as a week old shite.

He’ll fuck off back to obscurity once this is done.

I was curious about the possibility of a tie, and it has happened once before.

In the event of 269/269 in the electoral college ballot, Congress then gets to choose the next President, with the Senate picking the Vice-President.

That would be a bit spicy

Haha - either a Trump/Walz or Harris/Vance administration would certainly put the cat amongst the pigeons. Although I can't discount the notion that Trump would attempt to arrange an 'incident' on board AF2 if Walz was his VP.

Turnout appears to be through the roof. Which I want to believe is good for Harris, but what if Trump got out the dudebro vote.

Helped Biden last time out.

The Betfair market is currently leaning towards Trump and quite clearly so, which is interesting. Punters worried about getting their fingers burned after 2016, Brexit et al, or do they know something we don't? 😬

I don't think the betting markets know anything. It would be like trying to put a bet on in the middle of polling day over here. All you're going off is twitter vibes.

We're not going back!

Harris will take the Rust Belt, and that's the ballgame. She'll add Nevada and Georgia as well and make a run at North Carolina and Arizona but come up short. Expect Trump to declare victory at around 10pm EST tonight, when he is already behind.

And Musk has the algorithms turbo charged to push pro Trump messaging, he's also throttling Dem engagement.

Someone better let Clacton know Farage has finally been spotted after 18 weeks.

One bullet, two cunts … it’d be efficient
