He's 78, he's thought these things all his life about women, it just isn't impossible for him to moderate his behaviour, or even to know where the line is on some of this stuff. Be interesting to see some polling in 2 or 3 weeks time. The people who'd support it would be voting for him if he shot them in the stomach and raped the bullet hole so it doesn't really move the needle. It's almost a mark of respect in many ways that he's afraid of her, as she'll be coming to any debate with receipts and his general scaremongering/racist rhetoric just won't wash. *at least at one point in time I suspect she was, given her shift up the ladder in her profession. He wants Fox (or similar) where he won't be held to account for interruptions and lies, nor will he be limited to rambling on which he would be on any reasonable station.
