David Kelly 1245
I've been trying this https://seo-michael.co.uk/how-to-install-zemtv-for-xbmc-kodi/ over the weekend and so far it's been brilliant for Sky & BT Sports streams. I'm sure it's already been on the beast for weeks so it's not going to be news to everyone but for those of us going it alone it seems an excellent new add on. Obviously there's been no premiership over the weekend but I've used it for some of the FA Cup games, cricket and NFL and it's barely buffered at all. David Kelly 1245
Operation Robocop has the games from premier league pass. Those streams are of an excellent quality, have English comentary and most of the time seem pretty stable. I'm rarely in for a Saturday afternoon kick off so I don't have a lot of experience in watching games then but I hear it works well. Phoenix also seems to get the premier league pass so I use that as a back up for Robocop. If they aren't working well, the Indian sports network Star Sports gets a lot of premier league games. PAK India has Star Sports at a decent quality and pretty stable. Again they have English Commentary. The link I posted above is for a new app Zem, that also has Star Sports as well as Sky and BT. If I'm wanting to watch Sky or BT then Dexter has been the one I'd use with Money Sports as back up. But Zem looks like it might be better than both of those if it continues to work as it has so far. The Canadian network TSN is also good watching games on a Saturday. Dexter, Phoenix and UK Turk all usually get good streams of theirs. NBCSN used to be good no one seems to be able to get a stream from them at the moment. When they can, the same apps get them. As a last resort there are various foreign language channels on Phoenix, UK Turk or Sports Devil. I generally don't bother with these as I would only really watch our games without comentary and if they're at home I'll be there and I'll usually watch away games in the local. They might be of more interest to you though. Edited January 13, 2016 by David Kelly

Gemmill 44872
Still not registered for Dexter as whenever I tried it always generated an error. I had it working until recently but then got errors since then. Btw, still need to look into that thing you sent me, which is why I haven't said owt about it to you yet. Need to sort my move first cos my pockets are getting emptied left, right and centre here. The PLP stuff on Operation Robocop was class last night though. ChezGiven 0
Looking into skins and builds now I've had it a couple of weeks. One thing is clear, the most important thing about Kodi is buffering and ensuring high quality. Having a heavy build won't affect that which makes me think it may be worth looking at as my box has a solid amount of memory. The only issue I have is that my 'factory settings' included some addons and I think you need to clean install Kodi before you install the build which makes trying one out a pain. Its the Kodiflix build that I like the look of.

Gemmill 44872
Explain, sir. Go here: https://real-debrid.com Sign up. Then when you've got an account, click premium and sign up for the 6 month option for 16 euros. Then follow these guides to integrate it into Kodi in general and Genesis specifically. Then when you watch a show, when it comes up with a list of sources, it'll tell you whether they are 1080p, HD, HQ etc etc and when you click on them they will load immediately and be perfect. http://www.koditips.com/reduce-buffer-improve-quality-with-real-debrid-on-kodi/

David Kelly 1245
I tried adding a Real Debrid account last night (just gave the month a go for 3 Euro's). First go I used it to watch an episode of Narcos on Genesis. All of the links I'd tried previously had either not worked at all or buffered quite a bit. With the RD link it worked perfectly in HD without buffering at all. I then tried it again for an episode of Peep Show. The first link didn't work at all and I was quite surprised when I clicked on the second link and some Japanese porn came on instead. Now I will admit the porn played the whole way through without buffering at all, and without pixelated genitals, but I did think if the barin was trying to watch an episode of the Simpsons or the latest Disney film, this might not be exactly what I want. I'll try it again some more tonight, but the jury is still out at this stage!

Gemmill 44872
I've not had any Japanese porn show problems. The bairn is unlikely to be watching shows with such potentially questionable titles tbf.

Gemmill 44872
Btw CT gets first time streams with no buffering EVER on The Beast, so you might just want to install that instead of taking advice from a man who has once again moved Toontastic's kodi game forward 10 years. Unbelievable.

I shall attack safer titled programs/films tonight. Which apps have you trided the real debrid with? Genesis seemed the most straightforward but I've got Velocity, Salts and The Royal We that I think it integrates with to try.
Gemmill 44872
I've only used Genesis and Icefilms, both of which it's been faultless with, so I never bothered with any others. It's Genesis that I've got integrated with my Kodi library so I'm trying to just stick with that - seems feasible cos I haven't had a link fail since I added Real Debrid, even with relatively obscure shows like Nathan For You. Incidentally Nathan for You is good, but it's another one of those shows where you have to be operating on my comedy level to get it. It might just not be for you lot (see Anthony Jeselnik). ChezGiven 0
Real Debrid may not work with Genesis in the future though as they are updating their API and Genesis will no longer be maintained. The view is that it will work for at least another month but it remains to be seen if the new API causes a problem. Think it works on SALTs etc too so ami was already looking at it when I was trying stuff for buffering. Connecting the Ethernet has sorted out things a lot too on that front. David Kelly 1245
I've always had my android box connected with the ethernet cable but I still have more problems with buffering on that, than I do with my lap top through the wifi. Velocity looks like the up and coming app for watching movies/tv but it doesn't have the favourites option that Genesis has. That will be the big thing I miss if/when it goes down. Just add to library instead and set Velocity up as a library location. Then you get latest episodes of your subscribed shows up on your Kodi home screen.
