You might have to authorise scrobbling in the app you play music on AS WELL AS in the last FM app itself (either for Spotify, Rdio or "other"). Right twist on, but I've got it working with with Rocketplayer pretty seamlessly (Settings > Sound > Installed Scrobbler > Simple Last FM). Also saves scrobbles for upload on wifi only. Anyway, after some digging and a bit of luck it seems sorted but could've done without it and I hardly watch it compared to most on here! Also got Netflix on a free trial for a month. Can't believe anyone would pay £7.50 a month for it to be quite honest. See, I'm the opposite. Tried Kodi, seriously couldn't be arsed with the chew on involved. Only really wanted it for the football which was invariably a horrible resolution or choppy as fuck. Netflix though, how much is £7.50 a month? A couple of pints, half a pint a week? The back catalogue is huge, Netflix originals are exclusive and often brilliant, you can download and use on multiple devices. Remembers where you are, HD resolution, almost an infinite catalogue of kids stuff. For someone like me who is only an occasional user of telly (1 to 2 hours a night), Netflix and BBC iPlayer is plenty.

Take half an hour off for the news, that's one episode a day. Some people on here seem to spend hours on series I've never heard of. Average is 3.5 hours apparently, that used to be me. Beginning to believe this ReazesMag craic. @Renton I'd say that makes you a regular enough watcher. We probably have similar hours but in different patterns. Like I watched all 10 episodes of Handmaid's Tale (excellent btw) in 2 nights last week, but don't think I've watched anything since. I wonder if other binge'ers are similar? 3.5 hours a night is shocking stuff. I still spend 16 hours a day starting at a screen though, obviously. When I've fancied watching a film, kodi's been spot on vast majority of the times plus you can have a paid subscription, (£26 for 6 months), on a particular sports add-on channel which again, vast majority of the time is perfectly fine, (I long ago gave up on the free ones). I'm not really arsed on TV series as I prefer a film when I get the time to relax and watch something. That or something from the BBC iPlayer. Netflix has about a million categories with loads of the same films/TV programmes in different sections. If it was free for a year I'd barely go on it never mind actually pay for it. It's probably ok for most people hence it's success but I'm not most people.
Happy Face 29
Netflix is mint if you have little ones. On the telly, on their tablets, on your phone if your out. you can always shut them up with a bit of Peppa Pig or Transformer Bots. Other than that, I watch one "Always Sunny" every night with my headphones on in bed before sleep. That's my "me time" Worth whatever it costs for them 2 pleasures alone. But I also share my credentials with my family as well and with 2 of them housebound, they watch the shit out of stuff. The selection is infinitely better than it was 5 years ago and I wouldn't have tried it again if not for the 6 month I got free off Virgin. I keep renewing RealDebrid for Kodi and find I'm using it less and less. Might not bother doing it again.

For someone like me who is only an occasional user of telly (1 to 2 hours a night), Netflix and BBC iPlayer is plenty. I've got Netflix and Amazon Prime but went with Kodi too because I think the amount of films and series unavailable on the other two means there's still loads of stuff I want to watch that they can't provide. What finally made me decide was I wanted to watch The Night Manager a while back. Despite it being on the BBC not that long prior to that it was unavailable on iPlayer. I found out they sold Amazon the rights but they were still going to charge my about £3 per episode even though I was a Prime customer. Since then I've no qualms about it whatsoever. For the sports I have a paid subscription which means I get HD streams for a fraction of what Sky charges. I watched the AJ v Klitschko fight and it would have cost my almost what my 6 month subscription is just for one night's worth of boxing. Sky can fuck right off, the robbing bastards. And you're not that old, you're only about CT's age
David Kelly 1245
If you're just wanting to sit down in front of the telly and watch something then I can't understand why anyone would pay for Netflix or Amazon. Everything I've ever thought of wanting to watch is available on Exodus (or Genesis previously) with the addition of Real Debrid (which costs a couple of quid a month). Even without Debrid you can get anything recent easy enough. I gave up on the free streams for Sport though. They just aren't stable enough and you end up spending half a match looking for a decent stream. Again though I'm only paying about £4 a month and I'm getting everything you can get from Sky and BT as well as Fox, ESPN and NBCSN.
Alex 35109
I like the quick / free delivery with Amazon Prime but if it was just for watching stuff I certainly wouldn't bother with them.
