There is a lack of leadership in the middle of the park, both in midfield and defence. The core of the team is non-existent, I said in the summer selling Abeid was a big mistake. He would have been a linchpin in the middle protecting the defence. Now we have the two lightweights Colback and Anita, who command about as much respect in there as Katie Hopkins in a university lecture.
